Check-in & Boarding Experience
The meeting point is Dock 4, Carl Lutz rakpart, where you will be welcomed by our guides. Here, your check-in takes place in a smooth and friendly atmosphere, ensuring everything is ready for your journey.

Please check in with our guides to receive a wristband granting access to the drinks selection throughout the cruise.

Please note that the exact boarding dock may vary depending on operational requirements and vessel availability. Boarding may take place at Dock 4, Dock 5, or Dock 9.

To ensure a comfortable and stress-free boarding experience, we kindly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to departure. No refunds or booking modifications are possible within 24 hours of departure.

Boarding commences approximately 5–10 minutes before departure. As the vessel departs promptly at the scheduled time, we regret that late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded.

Bar Access
Access to the drinks service is provided via official wristbands distributed by our guides during check-in.

Onboard Policies
* Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18+
* Wristbands are required for drinks access (issued at check-in)
* Restrooms close 5 minutes before docking
* Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
* Spirits and cocktails are not included but can be purchased onboard

Accessibility & Restrictions
Please note that this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users, or guests with strollers. Pets are not permitted on board.

Due to a force majeure situation and a nationwide decision by the relevant authorities, the architectural illumination of Budapest’s landmarks, including the Parliament, may be temporarily suspended for an indefinite period.

This is a government-authorized measure that is entirely outside the responsibility and control of the tour operator.

As this situation is beyond the tour operator’s responsibility and control, the temporary suspension of the city illumination does not affect the operation of the cruise or constitute grounds for compensation or refunds.
