Check-in & Boarding
The meeting point is 1138 Budapest, Carl Lutz rakpart, DOCK 4, near Margaret Bridge. Please look for the large number 4 sign along the riverside.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure and check in with our guides at DOCK 4.

After check-in, our staff will direct you to the correct boarding dock. Depending on the vessel, boarding may take place at Dock 4, Dock 5 or Dock 9. These docks are very close to each other.

The vessel departs promptly at the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded.

No booking modifications or refunds are possible within 24 hours of departure.
