Check-in & Boarding

The meeting point is Carl Lutz rakpart, DOCK 4, near Margaret Bridge. Please look for the large number 4 sign along the riverside.

Please arrive at DOCK 4 at least 20 minutes before departure and look for our staff.

Check-in closes 10 minutes before departure. After check-in, please follow our staff to the boarding dock. Depending on the vessel, boarding may take place at Dock 4, 5 or 9. Our staff will show you where to go.

Please check in at Dock 4 first and do not go directly to another dock.

The vessel departs promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals. Guests arriving after check-in closes may not be able to board and are not eligible for a refund.

Bookings cannot be modified or refunded within 24 hours of departure.

This is a government-authorized measure that is entirely outside the responsibility and control of the tour operator.

As this situation is beyond the tour operator’s responsibility and control, the temporary suspension of the city illumination does not affect the operation of the cruise or constitute grounds for compensation or refunds.
