The meeting point is Dock 4, Carl Lutz rakpart, where you will be welcomed by our guides. Here, your check-in takes place in a smooth and friendly atmosphere, ensuring everything is ready for your journey.

Please note that the exact boarding dock may vary depending on operational requirements and vessel availability. Boarding may take place at Dock 4, Dock 5, or Dock 9.

To ensure a comfortable and stress-free boarding experience, we kindly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to departure. No refunds or booking modifications are possible within 24 hours of departure.
